Davor Suker formed part of Croatia’s Golden Generation of talent during the nineties, with the forward a prolific presence for both club and country throughout the decade.
Having impressed after scoring almost a century of goals across five seasons at Sevilla, Suker made the move to Real Madrid and continued to find the net at a regular rate.
The Croatian forward scored 29 goals in all competitions during his debut season, as Los Blancos were crowned as La Liga champions.
He continued to find the net as Champions League success was earned the following season, though fell out of favour in his third campaign despite a record of 49 goals in 109 appearances for the Spanish giants.
