Chelsea, Manchester United and Manchester City are all reportedly tracking Senegalese ‘sensation’ Pape Matar Sarr.
The teenager is attracting interest from some of Europe’s leading clubs following his emergence at Metz, bursting onto the scene in Ligue 1 last season to establish himself as one of the division’s most highly sought-after talents.
Sarr made a huge impression following his promotion to the senior side and scored three times in 22 appearances for Metz last season, with the Mail reporting that a Premier League trio are all tracking the progress of the 18-year-old midfielder.
Chelsea, Manchester United and Manchester City are all said to be prepared to make a move for Sarr before the closure of the current transfer window, though will offer the teenager back to Metz on loan to continue his development.
Sarr’s progress last season saw him handed his senior international debut for Senegal during an AFCON qualifier against Congo in March.
