Paris Saint-Germain are set to up their offer for Chelsea target Achraf Hakimi with the club prepared to table an offer of €75m for the Inter Milan wing-back.
Hakimi has emerged as a target for both Chelsea and PSG as Inter Milan look to raise funds this summer, the Morocco international having enjoyed a superb debut season at the San Siro following his arrival from Real Madrid.
The 22-year-old scored seven goals and provided eight assists in 29 league starts for Inter, who secured a first Serie A title in 11 years under the guidance of Antonio Conte.
Chelsea are believed to have made a bid of around £56m and had appeared in pole position for the wing-back, though Sky Sports Italia are reporting that PSG are ready to improve their offer in a bid to lure Hakimi to the Parc des Princes.
Inter are understood to need to raise around €100m this summer to cover spiralling debts, with the sale of Hakimi going a significant way to realising that target.
Hakimi signed for the Nerazzurri in a deal worth around €40m last summer, having impressed during a two-season spell on loan at Borussia Dortmund before making the move from Real Madrid to Italy.
PSG are also closing in on the free transfer signing of goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma from AC Milan, while the Parisians have already confirmed the capture of Dutch international midfielder Georginio Wijnaldum from Liverpool.
