Paris Saint-Germain have confirmed Mauricio Pochettino as their new manager following the sacking of Thomas Tuchel last month.
Pochettino has been without a club since being sacked by Tottenham in November 2019, though has now returned to management with the Parisians after signing a deal at the Parc des Princes until June 2022.
The Argentine previously spent two seasons with PSG during his playing career and will return with the club currently sitting third in Ligue 1, an indifferent start to the season under predecessor Tuchel seeing the French champions fall behind both Lyon and Lille in the title race.

Tuchel won back-to-back league titles during his time in Paris but was sacked following their disappointing domestic form this season, just months after guiding the club to a first-ever Champions League final.
Winning a maiden European crown remains the objective of PSG’s ambitious ownership and Pochettino will now be tasked with leading the club to Champions League success, having reached the final of the competition with Tottenham during the 2018/19 campaign.
The 48-year-old will take charge of PSG for the first time when his new side travel to face Saint-Etienne in Ligue 1 on Wednesday.
