Idrissa Gueye, Amadou Onana and Alex Iwobi provide a midfield screen of tenacity and bite, while Dominic Calvert-Lewin is closing in on a first-team return in a much-needed boost further forward.

Manchester United suffered a setback after a Manchester derby thrashing last weekend, with the Red Devils four goals down at half-time in a 6-3 defeat at the Etihad.
City outclassed Erik ten Hag”s side and the Dutchman admitted their embarrassment was a ‘lesson’, as a run of four consecutive league wins was ended in emphatic fashion.
United bounced back with a 3-2 win at Omonia Nicosia in the Europa League in midweek, but were forced to come from behind as substitute Marcus Rashford scored twice in Cyprus.

Rashford’s form has been a huge positive in recent weeks and the 24-year-old has eight goal involvements (5G and 3A) in eight games – more than he managed across the whole of last season.
