Clarence Seedorf became one of the best midfielders of his generation during a career spent at the pinnacle of the game, collecting a wealth of major honours during spells at Ajax, Real Madrid and AC Milan.
The former Netherlands international is the only man to have won the Champions League with three different clubs, having formed part of an exciting Ajax side in the mid-nineties before spells in both Spain and Italy.
His finest football came in the colours of Milan however, with Seedorf making more than 400 appearances for the Rossoneri, winning two league titles and two Champions League trophies.
Starring alongside Andrea Pirlo and Gennaro Gattuso at the San Siro, the trio helped Milan to a host of accolades with their mid-2000s side a formidable prospect under Carlo Ancelotti.
