‘My future is at Palace’ – Zaha dismisses transfer speculation

Wilfried Zaha has insisted that his future remains at Crystal Palace.

The Ivory Coast international has been in scintillating form for Roy Hodgson’s side this season, and has been linked with moves to the likes of Borussia Dortmund, Tottenham Hotspur and former club Manchester United.

Despite the 26-year-old signing a long-term deal at the club in August, speculation persists regarding the forward’s future, though Zaha has moved to reject any reports he is set to leave Selhurst Park.

“My future is at Palace,” he told Sky Sports.

I am at Palace, I am not thinking about anything [else]. I’m just playing my football and I will just see what the future holds for me.”

After beginning his career at Palace, Zaha moved to Manchester United in a £15m deal in 2013, though returned to the club in 2015 having failed to establish himself at Old Trafford.

United are believed to be interested in bringing Zaha back to Manchester, should they fail with a move for top target Jadon Sancho.

Ironically, Sancho’s current employers Borussia Dortmund have identified the Ivorian as a potential replacement should the England international depart, whilst Mauricio Pochettino and Tottenham have held a long-standing interest in Zaha.
