Report: Solskjaer told Man United players they were a ‘disgrace’ after Cardiff loss

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer reportedly told his Manchester United players they were a ‘disgrace’, following the club’s humiliating final day loss to Cardiff.

United’s disappointing campaign ended in a surprise 2-0 home defeat to already-relegated Cardiff at Old Trafford, with Solskjaer’s side finishing sixth after going winless in their final five Premier League games of the season.

According to The Sun, the United boss reportedly blasted his players after their latest horror show, laying into them following yet another abject performance.

The club’s poor run of form saw them miss out on qualification for next season’s Champions League and Solskjaer is facing a major rebuilding job ahead of the new season.

The 46-year-old has been left incensed by the attitude of his squad, with several first-team players set to leave Old Trafford this summer.

Midfielder Paul Pogba was also involved in a verbal confrontation with a fan following the game, with the Frenchman having been fiercely criticised in recent weeks.
