Real Madrid to launch £125 million Pogba bid

Real Madrid are set to launch a £125m summer move for Manchester United star Paul Pogba.

The Spanish giants are set for significant investment this summer following the return of Zinedine Zidane as manager, and have targeted World Cup winner Pogba in a big-money move.

The 26-year-old revealed whilst on international duty last week that it would be ‘a dream‘ to play for Madrid under Zidane, and The Sun are now reporting the club are plotting a move to take Pogba to Spain.

Pogba is believed to be happy in Manchester, but has made it clear he does not wish to remain at Old Trafford for the rest of his career.

Any move for the midfielder, who signed for United from Juventus in 2016, is likely to cost Madrid in the region of £125m.

The club are believed to have promised Zidane a hefty summer transfer budget when persuading the three-times Champions League winner to return to the Bernabeu.
