Son Heung-min joined an exclusive group of Premier League players after a chaotic game between Manchester City and Tottenham at the weekend.
The South Korean opened the scoring inside six minutes of the 3-3 draw, but accidentally brought the teams level just moments later after scoring an own goal at the Etihad.
The Spurs striker then provided an assist, becoming just the fifth player in Premier League history to complete the unique hat-trick in the same game.
The players to have scored a goal, an own goal and had an assist in a Premier League game:
Kevin Davies
It wasn’t until December 2008 that a Premier League player completed this treble, with Kevin Davies the first to do so.
The Bolton battering ram set up Johan Elmander for the opening goal against Aston Villa, before putting through his own net to hand Villa the lead, after Gabriel Agbonlahor had equalised for the home side.
Davies head home a late consolation for Bolton in an eventual 4-2 defeat at Villa Park.
Wayne Rooney
Wayne Rooney was at the centre of the action as Manchester United beat Stoke 4-2 in an entertaining game at Old Trafford in October 2012.
Rooney headed into his own net to hand Stoke a shock lead in the game, but made amends with another header to bring the teams level. Robin van Persie fired the Red Devils ahead, before Rooney picked out Danny Welbeck to record an assist.
Rooney later scored his second seal the win, with his 200th goal in club football.

Gareth Bale
Just a month later, Gareth Bale replicated Rooney with a goal, own goal and assist in the same Premier League game.
Bale was involved in all three goals as Tottenham beat Liverpool 2-1 at White Hart Lane, creating one and scoring another to put the north Londoners in control.
Bale’s own goal – an absolute classic for the category, as Aaron Lennon’s goal-line clearance smacked the Welshman in the face before crossing the line – set up a nervy finish, but Spurs held on to claim all three points.
Jacob Ramsey
Jacob Ramsey was heavily involved as Unai Emery’s reign at Aston Villa got off to a dream start in 2022.
Ramsey set up Leon Bailey to open the scoring against Manchester United after just seven minutes, before Lucas Digne’s fantastic free-kick doubled the host’s lead.
Luke Shaw’s strike then took a huge deflection of Ramsey for an own goal, but the midfielder made amends by collecting Ollie Watkins’ pass and firing home Villa’s third.
Son Heung-min
Tottenham and Manchester City have produced some classic contests in recent campaigns and this weekend’s meeting was another unforgettable occasion.
Six goals were evenly shared, with Son Heung-min scoring for each side inside the opening 10 minutes. The South Korean became just the second player in Premier League history to both score and score an own goal inside the first 10 minutes, after Gareth Barry for Aston Villa against Charlton 24 years ago.
