Kylian Mbappe has hinted he may be ready to leave French champions Paris Saint-Germain.
The 20-year-old made the surprising announcement during the Ligue 1 awards ceremony, where he was crowned the league’s Player of the Year.
The World Cup winner scored 32 goals in French football’s top division last season as PSG were crowned champions, however, the youngster has hinted his future may lie away from the Le Parc des Princes.
Mbappe’s announcement will put Europe’s top clubs on red alert, with the likes of Real Madrid and the Premier League’s big hitters likely to be monitoring his situation.

After an initial year on loan, the Frenchman signed for PSG in an €180m deal from Monaco in 2018 and has formed part of a forward line alongside the likes of Neymar and Edinson Cavani.
The forward’s departure would be a major blow to the club’s ambitions of winning the Champions League, though could help the club to stabilise their finances as they continue to feel the pressure of Financial Fair Play.
Mbappe has made no secret of his desire to one day play for Real Madrid, with his latest admission likely to have encouraged the Spanish giants should they launch a move.
