Manchester United make the short trip across town on Sunday to take on Manchester City in the Manchester Derby.
Ruben Amorim will experience his first taste of the Mancunian rivalry at the Etihad, as the two teams look to ignite their seasons. United have suffered back-to-back Premier League losses, following defeat to Nottingham Forest at Old Trafford last weekend.
An error-prone performance saw Amorim’s side lose on home soil, though the Red Devils responded in Europe. Rasmus Hojlund came off the bench to score a brace and earn a 2-1 win at Viktoria Plzen. It was an unconvincing display from United, but enough to return home with an important three points.

Their fierce rivals also arrive into the derby in downbeat mood. City lost at Juventus in midweek, a result that extended their run to one win in 10 games across all competitions. An unprecedented decline in performances from Pep Guardiola’s side has left them fighting to remain in contention for the title.

Manchester United team news
Rasmus Hojlund will expect to come back into the starting side after scoring twice off the bench on Thursday night. The Denmark international has four goals in five starts under Amorim and should replace Joshua Zirkzee. Marcus Rashford is also in danger of losing his place after an underwhelming performance in Europe, with Alejandro Garnacho and Mason Mount pushing for a place in the side.
Amorim has almost a full complement of options to choose from, with only Luke Shaw a confirmed absentee. Jonny Evans is in contention to return to the squad, while Leny Yoro could be handed just his second Premier League start.
