Unai Emery has praised the ‘amazing attitude’ of Aaron Ramsey ahead of Arsenal’s clash with Watford on Monday night.
The Welsh international will leave the club at the end of the season to join Italian champions Juventus on a free transfer, but has not allowed the move to affect his form having produced some superb displays in recent weeks.
Emery praised the 28-year-old’s contribution, saying Ramsey is keen to leave the club on the best possible terms.
“I am very happy with him,” he told Arsenal.com.
“It was not easy for him after he signed [for Juventus] to finish thinking about his future, but his focus is to help us and his attitude has been amazing towards each training session.
“He is available for each match, playing in different systems and different tactical positions for him.
“I continued speaking with him and he wants to do something important for the supporters, and I want to do something important with him in his last matches here with his Arsenal heart.”
