‘When I play good, the team play good’ – Hazard

Chelsea defeated Bournemouth 2-0 at Stamford Bridge earlier today to make it four wins out of four for Maurizio Sarri’s side so far this season in the Premier League.

Second half goals from substitute Pedro and talisman Eden Hazard were enough for the Blues to see off Eddie Howe’s Cherries side and see Chelsea keep pace with Liverpool at the top of the Premier League table.

Belgium international Hazard was again in superb form today and the 27-year-old playmaker revealed after the game that he is enjoying his football under new Chelsea boss Sarri.

“We were always confident we would score. When you’re playing like that you have to be patient. We have a lot of players that can score at any minute. We did well to keep the ball and move it quickly, because we were too slow in the first half,” Hazard told the BBC.

“I’m feeling confident, I’m enjoying my football, we have a new manager and lots of good players.

“I know [that] when I play good the team play good, so I need to be ready for everything. The season is long, but we will fight to the end, and we will keep improving.”
