Tottenham Hotspur head to Bournemouth on Thursday night still seeking consistency in their performances.

After the high of thrashing Manchester City 4-0 at the Etihad, Spurs have stumbled to successive draws with AS Roma and Fulham.

Ange Postecoglou has struggled to coax the best from his team on a consistent basis and the trip to Bournemouth represents a tough test for an up-and-down Spurs side. The Cherries have already beaten Arsenal and Manchester City on home soil this season and head into the contest after thrashing Wolves at the weekend.

Tottenham team news

Postecoglou will hope to welcome Dominic Solanke back into his side after the forward missed the weekend draw with Fulham through illness. Solanke could face his former team for the first time since joining Spurs from Bournemouth in a £65m deal in the summer. He scored 19 league goals for the Cherries last season.

Rodrigo Bentancur sits out the third game of his seven-match domestic ban, while neither Cristian Romero or Micky van de Ven are fit to return. Ben Davies and Radu Dragusin will continue to deputise in central defence of the North Londoners. Wilson Odobert, Mikey Moore, Richarlison and Guglielmo Vicario all remain on the treatment table.
