Stoke City have announced that former Luton boss Nathan Jones will become their new manager, after the club sacked Gary Rowett yesterday.
45-year-old Jones is highly-rated having won promotion last season from League Two with Luton, with the Hatters currently sitting in second place in League One.
Stoke have agreed to a compensation package with Luton, where Welshman Jones had been in charge since 2016.
Jones favours a quick passing, possession based style of play, something Stoke fans will welcome after becoming dissatisfied with the perceived negative approach of former boss Rowett.
Stoke were one of the favourites to bounce straight back up to the Premier League at the start of the season, but currently sit in 14th place in the Championship after 26 games.
Nathan Jones is the new manager of Stoke City, the Club are delighted to confirm.
