Eintracht Frankfurt forward Sebastien Haller is set for a medical at West Ham, ahead of his £45m move to Manuel Pellegrini’s side.
West Ham look set to break their club-record transfer fee to secure the signing of the Frenchman, who impressed by scoring 20 goals in all competitions for the Bundesliga side last season.
Alongside new Real Madrid signing Luka Jovic, the 25-year-old was part of the Frankfurt side which reached the semi-finals of the Europa League before losing to Chelsea via a penalty shoot-out.
West Ham had been desperate to add to their forward, having allowed Andy Carroll, Lucas Perez and Marko Arnautovic to leave the London Stadium this summer.
They have been linked with a number of strikers around Europe, including Gonzalo Higuain and Maxi Gomez, and it seems like they finally have their man.
Frankfurt have now confirmed via Twitter that Haller will travel to London for a medical ahead of the move.
