Paris Saint-Germain are in talks with Chelsea over a deal to sign Hakim Ziyech before Tuesday’s transfer deadline.
Ziyech is keen on the move and has agreed to sign for PSG after struggling for regular first-team football at Chelsea this season, with the Morocco international having started just four Premier League fixtures.
The 29-year-old has failed to make a consistent impact since signing for Chelsea from Ajax, where he won the Eredivisie title and provided 130 goals and assists in 165 appearances.
Ziyech now faces increased competition for a place at Chelsea following the arrivals of Mykhailo Mudryk and Noni Madueke this month and is open to leaving Stamford Bridge.
Everton and Newcastle had been linked with Ziyech, but Fabrizio Romano is reporting that PSG are now in negotiations with Chelsea over a deadline day deal.

PSG want to add the winger to their attacking options as the French champions chase Ligue 1 and Champions League success this season.
Christophe Galtier’s side are three points clear of surprise title challengers Lens in France and face Bayern Munich in a huge Champions League last-16 tie next month.
