Napoli have made Manchester United forward Alejandro Garnacho their first choice target to replace Khvicha Khvaratskelia.
Khvaratskelia has agreed a move to Paris Saint-Germain with the two sides completing the formalities of the deal. Napoli are set to receive a fee of โฌ70m (ยฃ59m) from the French champions for Khvaratskelia and are prepared to reinvest that sum in signing Garnacho.

According to Sky Sports, there is optimism at Napoli that an offer of ยฃ59m would be enough to convince Manchester United to sell the 20-year-old.
Earlier this month, it was revealed United would consider lucrative proposals for Garnacho and Kobbie Mainoo, given their status as high-value academy products. Their sales would count as complete profit on the balance sheet and provide funds for new head coach Ruben Amorim to invest.
Garnacho was dropped from the Manchester United squad for the Manchester Derby last month and has struggled for a regular role under Amorim. However, the Portuguese coach said he was keen to continue working with the Argentina international this week.
When asked about Garnacho at his pre-Southampton press conference on Wednesday, Amorim said: โHe has talent. He needs to learn to play in a different position. He needs to play better inside. He improves a lot recovering (his) position when he doesnโt have the ball.
โHeโs finding the best way to play in this system. Heโs improving during training. He started the last game.”
