Manchester City are one win from history as the Citizens look to wrap up a fourth consecutive Premier League title this weekend.
No side has ever won England’s top flight in four straight seasons but City will do so with a win at the Etihad. Any slip-up, however, could see Arsenal overhaul them.
Here is all you need to know about Sunday’s clash.

Manchester City have turned in on in the title race once again with the champions powering down the home straight. Tricky tests at Brighton and Fulham were navigated with emphatic 4-0 wins, before Erling Haaland’s double downed Spurs in midweek and ended their Premier League curse at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Pep Guardiola’s side have won eight consecutive games to earn a two-point advantage over Arsenal heading into the final weekend, though the North London side’s superior goal difference means only a win will be enough to guarantee the title.
The Citizens have contested the Premier League title on the final day in four seasons previously and have come out on top on each occasion. Guardiola, however, will be keen to avoid the nerve-shredding comebacks required in 2011/12 and 2021/22.

Manchester City are unbeaten in their 18 home games to date this season (13 wins, five draws).

David Moyes will take charge of West Ham for the final time this weekend with the manager set to depart in the summer. His final home game saw the Hammers end a poor run of recent form with a 3-1 win over Luton at the London Stadium.
It’s been a challenging season for the Irons who have struggled defensively, with only the bottom three having conceded more than their 71 goals in the Premier League in 2023/24.

Manchester City came from behind to beat West Ham and end the home side’s unbeaten start to the Premier League season at the London Stadium.

Jeremy Doku’s first goal for the Citizens equalised just seconds after the restart and Bernardo Silva turned home to put the visitors in front for the first time on 76 minutes. Erling Haaland wrapped up the win late on.
