Marco Biesla arrived at Leeds earlier this summer to much fanfare and the Argentinian coach has not disappointed with his side playing some beautiful attacking football and racing to the top of the Championship table.
The 63-year-old has managed in some of the biggest Leagues in World Football and even had stint in charge of Chile, but he has claimed that the Championship is a beautiful competition and praised the atmosphere fans create at games.
“The Championship is a beautiful competition, football starts with the fans and stadium and is also about the passion the fans feel about it. Then you have the game and the beauty of the game and the spectacle offered to the fans.’’ Biesla told the press ahead of his sides away game against Sheffield Wednesday tonight.
”The fans, the stadium, the organisation, the passion and love for the club and shirt are on a high level in England. The spectacle of the game is sometimes good and sometimes bad, as in all competitions in all leagues in the world.”
