Jurgen Klopp and his Liverpool side are clearly still hurting after their 2-1 loss to arch rivals Manchester United last weekend.
The German coach admitted his players are eager to right the wrongs of their defeat against Jose Mourinho’s men, when they face Watford tomorrow night at Anfield.
“We keep the revenge feeling (after losing at United) because we have to and want to go back immediately on the winning side.”
“I saw Arsenal vs Watford and it wasn’t a 3-0.”
“Watford were really strong that day, caused a lot of problems.”
News that Liverpool will face Premier League rivals Manchester City in the Champions League quarter finals has dominated the headlines today.
However, as we reported earlier, Klopp is furious with the fact his team have to face Everton in the Merseyside Derby early on the Saturday morning in between their two legged tie against Pep Guardiola’s side.
