Chelsea star Eden Hazard has admitted that his side are aiming to finish this season as Premier League Champions.
With the Stamford Bridge outfit finishing fifth last season under Antonio Conte and also facing a radical change in footballing philosophy under new coach Maurizio Sarri, many expected the Blues to struggle somewhat this season.
However, Chelsea have got their Premier League season off to a flying start taking maximum points from all three of their opening fixtures and Hazard has revealed that him and his teammates are looking to continue this positive momentum as the West London club look to secure their third league title in the last five seasons.
“We need to keep this momentum. We want to be at the top at the end of the season.’’ Hazard told Chelsea’s official website.
“We know the league is not finished, it’s just the beginning but confidence is coming, goals is coming, so we just look forward for the next game.
“We have made a good start and we have also shown our character and now we have to keep going.”
