Hazard, Neymar or Mbappe – Real Madrid fans vote on Ronaldo replacement

Real Madrid fans have voted on whether they would like Chelsea attacker Eden Hazard or PSG stars Kylian Mbappe or Neymar to replace the departing Cristiano Ronaldo.

With Los Blancos all-time leading goalscorer Ronaldo off to Italian side Juventus, Spanish publication Marca conducted a pool of 200,000 Real supporters, with 15 percent choosing Hazard and 14 percent in favour of bringing former Barcelona man Neymar to the Bernabeu this summer.

However, fans of the 13 times European Champions do have an overwhelming favourite as to who they would like to see replace Ronaldo in the Spanish capital and that is France and PSG wonderkid Kylian Mbappe.

Mbappe has arguably been the stand out attacking player at the World Cup in Russia, despite only being 19-years-old and rumours have been circulating for some months now that PSG may be forced to pull out of the deal they agreed with Monaco at the end of last season. A deal which stipulated that the French Champions take the talented youngster on loan for a year before buying him permanently for £166 million this summer.

Throw into the mix that reports emerged today suggesting another Los Blancos star Gareth Bale is in advanced talks with Manchester United over a return to the Premier League, and it seems that Real Madrid’s Galactico loving President Florentino Perez is in for busy summer in the transfer market.
