Hazard hails ‘great manager’ Sarri

Eden Hazard has once again hailed Chelsea’s new coach Maurizio Sarri, labelling the former Napoli boss as a great manager.

Sarri took over the reigns at Stamford Bridge earlier this summer and his record so far has been superb, with Chelsea unbeaten and sitting joint top of the Premier League after eight games.

Hazard has been in the form of his life and is the top flight’s top scorer with seven goals in just six league starts and the 27-year-old Belgium international has hailed the ‘freedom’ that Sarri allows him and his teammates.

“He is a great manager, we have that freedom on the pitch, and when we don’t have the ball, we know what to do so it is quite simple. We try to find spaces and we have a lot of good players and good confidence,” Hazard told Chelsea’s official website

Chelsea welcome their former coach and current Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho to Stamford Bridge tomorrow for the weekend’s early kickoff.
