Eden Hazard has tipped Christian Pulisic to become one of the future stars of football following his arrival at Chelsea.
Pulisic officially became a Chelsea player back in January but was forced to wait to finally pull on the Blue shirt having spent the remainder of the 2018/19 campaign on loan at Borussia Dortmund.
He has now linked up with his new teammates ahead of his debut campaign in the Premier League, where many will view him as a replacement for the departed Eden Hazard, who left Stamford Bridge to complete a big-money move to Real Madrid earlier this summer.
However, the former Blues’ number 10 thinks that the USA international has all the attributes to become ‘one of the best’ players in the world.
“He can be one of the best in the future for sure,” he told the Associated Press.
“He can be (a star). Now he’s at one of the best clubs in the world.”
“He’s a proper player,” Hazard continued. “He can play football.”
Pulisic made his first appearance in a Chelsea shirt in the 2-1 win over Barcelona earlier this week having missed the start of pre-season due to his international commitments
