West Ham’s Anderson happy to continue winning streak

Felipe Andersen is hoping his side can continue their fine recent form after scoring in West Ham’s 3-2 win over Crystal Palace on Saturday.

Javier Hernandez’s third goal in as many games added to a first Premier League goal for the club from Robert Snodgrass to earn The Hammers three points at The London Stadium.

The win was West Ham‘s third consecutive league win and lifted Manuel Pellegrini’s side up to 11th after an indifferent start to the season.

“I’m very happy to have contributed to this victory that allowed us to keep a streak that we didn’t have in a long time. That served to consolidate our work and believe in our quality.’’ Andersen told whufc.com.

“We are happy to keep going up in the table, match by match we’ve been improving; now we have to try and continue winning.

“We always want to go ahead to be able to control the flow of the game but sometimes it’s not possible and in situations like this we can prove that the team has grown and that we believe in ourselves. We kept our cool and we managed to get back and get the result.”

West Ham’s next fixture is a trip to face Fulham at Craven Cottage in Saturday’s evening kick-off.
