Erling Haaland has broken his own record as the most expensive footballer in Fantasy Premier League history.
The Manchester City forward has been priced at £15.5m for the 2026/27 version of the game, eclipsing the £15m price he had in 2024/25.
Haaland scored 27 goals in the Premier League last season to win the Golden Boot for a third time in his career, and was the highest points scorer in FPL with 239 points, narrowly ahead of Manchester United midfielder Bruno Fernandes.
As a result, his price tag is now an eye-watering £15.5m, with FPL managers having a tough decision on whether to spread their funds or recruit the game’s premier points scorer.
