Every Premier League signing, sale and loan on transfer deadline day

The January transfer window came to a close for Premier League clubs on Thursday without much fanfare.ย

As was the case throughout the month there was not a whole lot of movement on the final day, particularly from the bigger teams.

West Ham United did manage to provide some late drama as they failed to get loan deals over the line for Said Benrahma and Pablo Fornals to Lyon and Real Betis respectively.

Meanwhile, Fulham went into extra-time to get their man, as Armando Broja signed on loan from Chelsea after the deadline thanks to a deal sheet that was submitted before 11pm.

Unsurprisingly, Nottingham Forest were the joint-busiest Premier League side on deadline day, with only Burnley matching their six transfers as the window closed.

Fellow midlands outfit Aston Villa were also busy, signing three players for Unai Emery, including Morgan Rogers from Middlesbrough for ยฃ8m which could rise to ยฃ15m.
