Birmingham City Adding The Numbers
Harry Redknapp and Birmingham City have been busy today!
Birmingham City have confirmed the signing of Jason Lowe, on a one-year deal.
The former Blackburn Rovers skipper left the Lancashire club last season, following their relegation to League One. During his time at Ewood Park, Lowe made 196 appearances.
Lowe became manager Harry Redknapp’s eleventh signing of the summer.
Alex Song Set For Blues Move
Former Arsenal & Barcelona midfielder Alex Song, is reportedly be set to sign for Birmingham City.
Song shall join from Russian side Rubin Kazan, the side he joined last summer on a free. The 29 year-old looks set to become Birmingham’s twelfth signing of the summer.
Arsenal Outcast Set For Loan?
Forgotten Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere could be Birmingham City bound.
Blues manager Harry Redknapp expressed his interest in bringing in Wilshere’s services, on-loan for the season. At this point, nothing is set in stone. However this is a somewhat audacious enquiry made by the Midlands club.
Leeds United Add Firepower
Leeds United have signed Hamburger SV striker Pierre-Michel Lasogga, on a season long loan.

Lasogga has made 107 appearances for Hamburg, scoring 30 goals for the German side.
Aston Villa midfielder to Barnsley?
Aston Villa midfielder Gary Gardner has been linked with a move to Barnsley. The two clubs have done plenty of business in the last six months, with Connor Hourihane and James Bree moving to the Midlands.
Gardner had spent several seasons away from Villa Park in the the last few years with loan spells at Sheffield Wednesday, Brighton and Nottingham Forest and looks set to leave once again moving to join Paul Heckingbottoms Barnsley.
