Derby County have completed the signing of Manchester United starlet James Wilson on a season long loan.
The striker has been told he is not a part of Jose Mourinho’s plans for the upcoming season and has dropped back into the Championship for another season after spending last year with Brighton.
The striker made a fantastic start to his career at Old Trafford, scoring two goals on his debut in what was Ryan Giggs’ first game as a caretaker manager following the sacking of David Moyes.
His career has somewhat stalled since then after a lack of opportunities have developed in recent years, whilst Marcus Rashford has overtaken him in the Manchester United pecking order.
He will now look to prove his quality to Manchester United with another spell England second tier.
