Aston Villa have completed the signing of West Bromwich Albion defender James Chester.
The defender makes the moved across the Midlands, choosimg to drop back into the Championsip to gain regular football.
Chester made the move the Hawthorns last summer from Hull City, but was unable to break into the first team squad.
He has now linked up with his new teammates where he will be hoping to help them over their challenging start to life back in the Football League after an opening day League defeat was followed up by an embarrassing defeat in the League cup to lowly Luton Town.
Chester was heavily involved in Wales Euro 2016 campaign where they reached the se,I finals.
