Chelsea are interested in signing Juventus right-back Dani Alves according to reports today.
The Daily Mail claim that Antonio Conte is looking to bring the Brazilian to the Premier League as he plans to add more depth to his squad.
Conte won the Premier League title in his first season in England, but was unhindered by the lack of European football. However with Champions League football heading back to Stamford Bridge next season, Conte needs to add more numbers to his team.
The Italian utilised Victor Moses to great effect this season, bringing the former Liverpool and West Ham loanee into the squad as a marauding wing-back.
Despite his huge success in the role, Conte wants to bring in 34-year-old Dani Alves to add increased competition to the squad.
Alves is currently in Cardiff where he is preparing for Juventus’ Champions League final against Real Madrid.
Manchester City and Tottenham have also been linked with having an interest in signing the former Barcelona full back.
