Chelsea have joined the race to sign Paris Saint-Germain’s in-demand midfielder Adrien Rabiot.
France international Rabiot is out-of-contract in the summer having failed to agree a new deal at Parc des Princes, and has attracted the attention of a number of Europe’s top clubs.
Juventus and Tottenham have both been credited with an interest in the 23-year-old, with Spanish champions Barcelona the current favourites to secure his signature.
Maurizio Sarri is believed to be keen on signing the talented midfielder and has joined the race for his services, as he looks to strengthen his side in side in the coming transfer window.
The Italian has been linked with moves for Lyon’s Nabil Fekir and AC Milan’s Gonzalo Higuain, and Telefoot are now reporting the Chelsea boss has entered the race for contract rebel Rabiot.
Rabiot, who has won six caps for France, has made over 200 appearances for the club but has been omitted from squads in recent weeks as he seeks an exit from the Ligue 1 champions.
