Leicester City have had a third bid for Burnley defender Michael Keane rejected, according to reports today.

Last week we brought you the news of Leicester City’s interest in the former Manchester United player, but saw their offers of £10million and £11million rejected.

The Premier League champions have continued their interest in the young centre-back, but have seen their latest £15million bid also being knocked back by the Premier League newcomers.

However, whether Keane stays or goes, Burnley are looking to add numbers to their defensive ranks, with Sheffield Wednesday defender Tommy Lees being targetted by last season Championship champions.

Yesterday, Leicester announced the signing of former Real Madrid defender Luis Hernandez on a free transfer.
