Brazilian forward Hulk has completed a £48million deal to Shanghai SIPG.
The former Porto winger moved to Zenit St Petersburg back in 2012 for £32million, at a time when the Russian League was THE destination for all the surprise big money deals.
However, that crown has now improved further East, and the 29-year olds £48million move to the Chinese Super League will smash the Asian transfer record.
That record was set by Shanghai Shenua when they snapped up fellow Brazilian Alex Teixeira in a £38million deal earlier this year, despite interest for Liverpool.
