Yaya Toure names his top three Man City teammates

With his Manchester City career all but over, Yaya Toure has named the three best players he has played with at the Etihad.

After eight years, 82 goals, 315 appearances and six major honours since moving from Barcelona in 2010, Toure only has two more opportunities to pull on that Sky Blue shirt.

With his contract up at the end of the season, and having failed to have start a single Premier League match this season, the time has come to part company with his current employers.

As is often the case when lengthy careers come towards their conclusions, players and managers often look back over their time, and Yaya Toure is no different. The Ivory Coast international has now picked his favourite players that he was played alongside during his time at City:

“My best? Everybody knows I have a feeling for Aguero,” said Toure.

“I love Aguero. This guy is such a good striker. He’s complete. I love David Silva and Vincent Kompany as well.”

While he will be imminently leaving his long-time City team-mates behind, he isn’t planning on going far and wants to continue playing in the Premier League. Everton, Burnley and Wolves have been linked with having an interest.
