Chelsea winger Willian has congratulated team mate Eden Hazard after the Belgian scored his 100th and 101st goals for the club in Wednesday’s win at Watford.
Hazard’s brace secured a vital 2-1 win for Maurizio Sarri’s side, opening up a two point lead over fifth-placed Arsenal in the race for Champions League qualification, and Brazilian international Willian was ‘happy’ for the 27-year-old after his landmark goal.
“I’m happy for him,” Willian told Chelsea’s official website.
“I’m happy because he helped us to win and happy he has scored 101 goals for Chelsea, so I hope there’s more to come from him.
“Now we have to think about Crystal Palace.”
Pedro looks set to miss the clash with Palace after he limped off in the win over Watford with a hamstring problem, whilst teenager Callum Hudson-Odoi will also be absent with a hamstring complaint of his own.
Forward Olivier Giroud could come in for the injured Pedro, with Hazard returning to a wide role having played in a more central role in recent weeks.
