West Ham United have made a €35million bid for Marseille striker Michy Batshuayi according to Sky Sports.
The striker, who is currently on International duty with Belgium at Euro 2016, scored 23 goals in 50 appearances for the Ligue 1 club last season, and is seen as an ideal addition to Slaven Bilic’s squad as they prepare to move into the Olympic Stadium.
The €35million bid was worth around £28million first thing this morning, however following the UKs vote to leave the European Union that was confirmed this morning, the value of Sterling against the Euro is set to become much closer over the coming weeks, something that will push transfer fees much higher for British clubs, which could put a number of deals in jeopardy.
Tottenham and Juventus have also been with making a move for the striker.
