West Brom are eyeing a cut price deal for relegated Hull City midfielder Tom Huddlestone

According to The Sun, the Baggies have targeted the former Tottenham midfielder to replace Darren Fletcher, who left the club las week to join Stoke City.

The midfielder only signed a new two-year contract at the club last summer following their promotion to the Premier League via the Championship playoffs.

However, the 30-year-old has a release clause in his contract at the KCOM allowing him to leave for just £2m in the event of the club’s relegation.

West Brom are looking at bringing the midfielder to the Hawthorns, a move which would see him reunited with his former team mate at both Spurs and Hull, Jake Livermore.

Huddlestone has made 161 appearances for the Tigers, scoring eight goals, since his transfer to the club in 2013.
