The former Southampton manager also spoke of his pride at his sides qualification for the knock-out stage on the Champions League and how this achievement is a sign of the progress the club is continuing to make despite the difficulty of moving from White Hart Lane to Wembley.
Pochettino went on to concede that the form of Manchester City is making it difficult for all the other members of the top-six, and spoke of the need for consistency in terms of both form and results in order to challenge at the top of the Premier League table.
