Chelsea face a daunting trip to runaway Premier League leaders Manchester City this weekend.
Speaking to the press today ahead of Sunday’s game, the Blues coach Antonio Conte has admitted his admiration for Pep Guardiola’s team and stated that he finds it very difficult to pinpoint any weaknesses in their game.
Chelsea’s disappointing 2-1 defeat to top four rivals Manchester United last weekend, saw Conte’s side slip to fifth position in the Premier League table. After last weekend’s loss the Italian coach came in for some heavy criticism for his decision to substitute Eden Hazard from fans, pundits, and even his own players.
Despite talking up the ability of City today, Conte will be aware that a second defeat in Manchester in the space of a week will seriously harm his sides chances of finishing in the top four this season.
