Tottenham Hotspur are in advanced talks with Manchester City over a deal to sign Brazil winger Savinho, with a package worth around £60 million reportedly enough to complete the transfer.
Football Insider reports that Spurs have already agreed personal terms with the 22-year-old, with all parties confident the deal can be completed before the transfer window closes.
Tottenham have maintained an interest in Savinho for more than a year, having previously seen their efforts to sign him blocked by former City manager Pep Guardiola.
The winger remained at the Etihad Stadium last season but struggled to establish himself as a regular starter, making only seven Premier League starts.

New Tottenham head coach Roberto De Zerbi is keen to strengthen his attacking options and has identified Savinho as a priority target. The Brazilian is also reportedly pushing for a move to north London.
Savinho joined City from Troyes in 2024 and has recorded seven goals and 13 assists in 84 appearances for the club.
The report says negotiations between the two clubs have been ongoing for several weeks, with the expectation that an agreement will be reached before the transfer window closes.
Speaking on Football Insider’s Transfer Insider podcast, the publication’s reporter said: “Talks have been ongoing with Manchester City. The expectation is that this deal probably will get done before the close of the window with Savinho making the move to North London.”
A move would give De Zerbi another attacking option as Tottenham continue to reshape their squad under the Italian.
