Tony Pulis facing the sack at West Brom

Tony Pulis is battling to keep his job at West Bromwich Albion after a disappointing start to the Premier League season. They started the season well, picking up seven points from their first three games, but have since seen their form desert them. They have picked up just two two more points in the following eight games, a run which has seen the Baggies slump to 16th place in the table, just one point above West Ham in the drop zone.

According to The Daily Star, the former Stoke and Crystal Palace boss has just two games to save his job. The first of those games is against a resurgent Chelsea at the Hawthorns on Saturday before next week’s trip to Wembley to face high flying Tottenham.

West Brom’s Chinese owner Guochuan Lai will fly in for this weekend’s game, and is well aware of the unrest among Baggies fans.
