Marouane Fellaini is starting attract attention from a number of clubs after rejecting a new contract at Manchester United.
The midfielder shocked Manchester United officials by rejecting the new contract earlier this month, leaving him with just seven months remaining on his current deal, meaning he can leave for free next summer.
The situation surrounding his future has attracted attention from a number of clubs, with Arsenal and Besiktas having already been linked.
According to Le10Sport, big spending Ligue 1 club Paris Saint-Germain have joined the race to sign Fellaini, and are interested in utilising him as defensive midfield cover for Thiago Motta. They also claim that the 30-year-old is open to a move to the French capital.
The Belgian has developed into an important player for Manchester United, scoring four goals in 11 appearances this season, becoming one of Jose Mourinho’s most trusted players.
United will apparently pass up on the opportunity to cash in on Fellaini during the upcoming January transfer window, allowing him to enter into a pre-contract agreement with a foreign club and leave for free next summer.
