Alan Shearer has labelled Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero as the greatest foreign player to have ever graced the Premier League.
Former Blackburn and Newcastle striker Shearer is the Premier League’s all-time leading goalscorer with 260 goals and he has been quoted by the official EPL twitter account as saying that Argentine goal machine Aguero is his pick as the best non-English player of the last 26 years.
"The best foreign player to play in the #PL"@alanshearer had high praise for Aguero, who features in his Team of The Week 🙌

Aguero has won three Premier League titles since joining Manchester City for £38 million from Atletico Madrid in 2011.
The 30-year-old striker has scored 146 goals in just 208 games for the Citizens and he scored his ninth hat-trick for the Etihad outfit last weekend against Huddersfield, which means he is edging closer to matching the record of 11 Premier League hat-tricks which is unsurprisingly is held by Shearer himself.
