Maurizio Sarri has played down his side’s chances of reclaiming the Premier League title this year, naming Manchester City and Liverpool as the two best teams in the division right now.

But recently appointed Blues boss Maurizio Sarri has tried to temper expectations among the Stamford Bridge faithful, insisting his side are merely challenging for a place in the top four.
“I think at the moment in the Premier League there is a team above the others and this team is Manchester City,” said Sarri at his Friday press conference.
“Then there is a very good team, Liverpool. For sure Liverpool will be in the first four positions. Then there is four, five teams who will have to fight for the Champions League positions: Chelsea, Arsenal, Tottenham, Manchester United and somebody else. Usually there is a surprise.”
Chelsea travel across London to Wembley this weekend to face fellow capital club Spurs on Saturday evening.
