Arsenal have named their starting side for today’s FA Cup game with Wigan, with William Saliba back in the team.

Mikel Arteta makes eight changes from the midweek draw with Brentford, for the fourth-round clash at the Emirates. Saliba returns at centre-back having missed that league fixture through illness. The France international will partner Cristhian Mosquera in central defence for the Gunners.

Kepa Arrizabalaga, who started the previous round against Portsmouth, remains in goal as Arsenal’s ‘cup competition’ goalkeeper this season. Gabriel Martinelli, who scored a hat-trick in that aforementioned win at Fratton Park, is involved again.

There’s also a start for Myles Lewis-Skelly in midfield. The 19-year-old has struggled for football this season and has started just once in the Premier League.

However, the teenager returns to the team, where he will feature alongside Christian Norgaard and Eberchi Eze in the engine room. There’s no Martin Odegaard in the squad after the Arsenal captain picked up a knee issue against Brentford.
