Former Manchester United striker Louis Saha thinks that Jose Mourinho can still turn around the clubs fortunes, despite the clubs awful start to the season so far.
The Portuguese boss has cut a frustrated figure ever since the first day of United’s pre-season training, and his frustrations were not helped by a lack of backing in the transfer window by club supremo, Ed Woodward.
However, despite the doom and gloom hanging over Old Trafford, former Red Devils number 9 Louis Saha reckons that Mourinho has the quality to turn the clubs plight around:
“He is definitely someone who can do that,” Saha told Sky Sports.
“He has got the quality, the pedigree, there is nothing wrong with that. We make mistakes as humans and he has done it. He is a grown man and he will identify where he has to improve.
“He doesn’t have as much margin to do it but the club have identified they need to be stable to be consistent.
“It is all about results. If you win you get time, if you don’t…”
