AS Roma travel to face Celtic in the Europa League on Thursday night.
The Italian giants head to Scotland for the second time in the league phase, after a 2-0 win at Rangers last month. Roma have recovered from a poor start in Europe to win their last two and remain in a good position to qualify for the knockout rounds.
Gian Piero Gasperini’s side are 15th in the standings, but just a point outside the top eight, which guarantees automatic entry to the last 16. Gasperini is bidding to win this competition for the second time, having led Atalanta to success in 2024. However, the Serie A side arrive in Glasgow after back-to-back Serie A defeats.
